The celebration of Independence Day in the school was a truly inspiring and patriotic event. The day began with the hoisting of the national flag by the Principal followed by the singing of the national anthem. This was followed by a march past by the students, who displayed a sense of pride and unity as they paraded around the school grounds.
The students had also prepared a variety of cultural programs to mark the occasion. There were speeches by some of the students highlighting the significance of Independence Day and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. Some students also presented patriotic songs and dances, which added to the festive atmosphere

A Rangoli competition was held at Sherwood Academy on. The theme for the competition was "Unity in Diversity" which aimed to celebrate the diverse cultures and traditions of India through the beautiful art of Rangoli making.
The competition was a great success with a large number of participants. Students showed their creativity and imagination by creating beautiful Rangolis using vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and cultural symbols. The Rangolis were judged on the basis of their creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
